EEOC (Equal Employment Opportunity Commission) disputes and handled more than
300 investigations, ranging in scope from simple overtime or record keeping
violations, to class action claims of discrimination. Since Frank is not an
attorney, the agencies and employers are guided toward resolution instead of
litigation. This experience extends over
a wide range of HR area including HR, payroll, and benefit administration
systems.
