Mr. Cho has been involved with Group Benefits for over 10 years. He began his career with various management consulting firms in the DC area after graduating with an engineering degree from the University of Maryland.  He spent 17 years in the consulting industry serving public and private sector clients as an employee and as an owner.  He specializes in growing small businesses and larger companies where he can develop cost minimizing strategies to control and reduce claims. John is a member of the Broker Advisory Board for HealthPlan Services (HPS), a nationally recognized employee benefits general agent in Tampa, Florida.

Mr. Suface has worked closely with hundreds of family owned and privately held business deal with the intricacies of human resource management and compliance with numerous government employment regulations.  For ten years, Frank represented employers in need of representation due to Department of Labor (Wage and Hour Division), and EEOC (Equal Employment Opportunity Commission) disputes and handled more than 300 investigations, ranging in scope from simple overtime or record keeping violations, to class action claims of discrimination. Since Frank is not an attorney, the agencies and employers are guided toward resolution instead of litigation.  This experience extends over a wide range of HR area including HR, payroll, and benefit administration systems.
